The Alliance Academy Community Health Worker Certification Program prepares individuals to serve as trusted frontline public health professionals who help improve health outcomes, connect communities to care and resources, and advance health equity.
Offered through the Alliance Academy & Learning Institute for Public Health (AALIPH), this Maryland State-accredited training program equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, and real-world experience needed to work effectively in healthcare, public health, and community-based settings.
Our fully online program is designed for adult learners, working professionals, aspiring CHWs, and individuals passionate about improving the health and well-being of their communities.
The Alliance Academy CHW Certification Program combines flexible online learning with practical field-based experience to prepare participants for real-world Community Health Worker practice.

AALIPH is proud to make Community Health Worker training more accessible. Through a generous scholarship contribution from the Agape Health Foundation, tuition for our Maryland State-accredited CHW Certification Program has been reduced to only $450.
At AALIPH, we believe financial considerations should not prevent individuals from pursuing a meaningful career in community and public health.
To help make our Community Health Worker Certification Program more accessible, participants may choose to pay in full or a weekly, biweekly, or monthly payment schedule.
All payment plans must be established and paid in full prior to the start of classes to secure enrollment in the program.
Our team is committed to working with participants to identify a payment schedule that best meets their needs while ensuring they are prepared to begin their training on time.
